You may not always be availing Host Services for Yourself. You might be taking a trip with other people or making a reservation for Host Services on someone else’s behalf (such as Your friend or relative). In both scenarios, You will provide their details as part of the booking. In such event, You represent that You are authorized by such other person/s to act on his/her/their behalf for booking the Host Services on Our Sites and such other person/s agree to these Terms. Please note that You shall be solely responsible and liable for any discrepancy, inaccuracy or falsity of the information that You provide to Us on behalf of such other persons. When You view or download content from Our Sites, We may automatically collect and store certain information such as internet protocol (IP) address, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, cookies, data caches or any other related information. All such sharing of Your information is done at Your own risk.
